Credits are exclusive consumable credentials for the platform’s AI features. When users utilize AI services, the system deducts Credits automatically based on the actual tokens consumed by each request. Typical references: Super Agent — Agent: about 150 Credits for a doctoral-level neuroscience and AI paper; Super Agent — Instant: about 30 Credits for a professional research questionnaire; AI Writing Assistant: about 100 Credits for cutting-edge neuroscience research topics; AI Writing Auto-Completion: about 10 Credits per use. Actual deductions are determined by real-time token consumption.
What is the validity period of Credits?
Complimentary Credits granted with a membership plan are valid for 1 month. Credits purchased separately in standalone packages are valid for 12 months. The system follows a first-expired, first-used principle and prioritizes short-term complimentary membership Credits.
What happens to membership benefits and Credits when upgrading from Plus to Pro?
All remaining Plus Credits are retained. You also receive the bonus Credits included with Pro; the validity periods of both existing and new Credits remain unchanged. Your subscription expiration is updated to the Pro term and Pro privileges unlock automatically.
Is membership downgrade available?
The platform does not support membership downgrades. Users with an active higher-tier membership cannot downgrade to a lower membership tier.
